rental car
I was in an accident and it was determined it was not my fault but how long do they have to issue me a rental and do they HAVE to issue me one?

Your post does not indicate who you are referring to when you say they.If you have chose car rental on your own car insurance this would be covered to the extent of coverage. If you are dealing with the other driver's car insurance and their insured is at fault they may provide some coverage of your car rental. If you were not at fault you would be best to contact an attorney directly to discuss these and other related issues
