Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania
I am a security site supervisor assigned to a frozen food storage warehouse in PA. The company has recently begun a policy of asking truck drivers to leave the property during times of snow, for snow removal operations. Several delivery drivers say we (security, and our client company) are breaking the law by making them leave the property and they are out of hours for driving. I have consulted with various regular drivers, and get conflicting information.

Unless you have a union contract that restricts your acivites, your employer generally has the right to direct you to engage in any legal task, so long as you are paid for it.
