Cited for doing 80 mph in a 55 mph zone. Officer did not specify on ticket what method was used to determine speed(ie: Radar, Vascar or other). Can I Beat Ticket because of this?

Re: Speeding Ticket
Clerical errors are generally not enough to beat a ticket. You should fight the ticket thought because officers and troopers may reduce the speed. An attorney might be able to get you a better deal. I offer freee intial consultations.
