Speeding Ticket
Is there any form of deferred adjudication in PA for speeding tickets?

Most courts will allow payments plans if you are found guilty. If there are compelling reasons a court may continue a case, but not an a prolonged basis. A good lawyer should be able to negotiate your ticket to a lower fine/ point level. I offer free consultations.

It depends on the circumstances of the ticket (how much above the limit), the amount of the fine, and any previous violations.
