Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania
i got a speeding ticket from a helicopter wich was changed to a moving violation if i take it to court can they charge me with the speed the said i was going or do they have to stay with the charge the gaves me?

Generally, they are limited to the speed listed on the citation. You should always plead "not guilty" and send the amount listed on the citation. Before the hearing, you can often negotiate with the police officer to have the speed reduced, which may result in less points. If yo get really lucky, the police officer won't appear and the charges will be dismissed.
