Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania

Speeding ticket 27 miles over on 55 mph zone.

Hi,

I just moved to PA last week, got a speeding ticket today for 27 miles over on 55 mph zone. The total points for this is 5. I still have the NJ licence. Is there anyway I can reduce this? On the comments part the officer has recorded that I tried to ''Elude'' him by waving away from the traffic, but I have not done it, he came behind my car and put the lights on and I stopped immediatly.

Thanks for your time

Most often the officer will accept a reduced citation if you come to court with a lawyer. The Officer figures you take the matter seriously enough to spend the money. If you have a otherwise clean record you might get away with a no point ticket. if you have a history of speeding the officer is likely to want to get a ticket with some points. I offer free consultations.
