Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania
i just got a speeding ticket going 51 in a 30. the officer told me he clocked me long before he pulled me over and when he did i was going the same speeds as the flow of traffic. he asked me if i knew the speed limit i said no he asked me how fast i was going i said i dont know. he told me the speed was 35 and he clocked me doind 51. he took my info and told me a i would be getting a ticket. he came back and the ticket said 30 instead of 35. and under the owners name he wrote "David" instead of Dennis. who is my dad the cars in his name. im also on his insurance. i dont feel like in my car i would have had enough time to reach that speed before leaving the 30 and entering the 35 now that i went back and checked out where he so called taged me and where he pulled me over. he didnt turn his lights on until he was right about to pull be over. witch wasnt for over half a mile.

The fact that the officer wrote the wrong name on the ticket is already to your advantage. I have beaten tickets for just that. Furthermore, it seems like he made up alot of things in relation to your citation. Hire the right lawyer and get this ticket dismissed.
