Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania
re submitting violation
in pa. a state trooper dropped a driving
in the left lane and a reckless driving
citation. He planned on getting a dui.
the blood test however came back
below the legal limit. can the earlier
violations be re instated ?

I believe PA is the same as NJ, in that they can write the citation w/i 30 days, so, yes.
