Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania
I'm suspended for driving wile suspended ( I just finished a suspention, traffic issue), At court the judge reduced the charge due to I had no papers from Penndot instructing me how and when suspention starts and finishes and I had a license on my possession. I did not recieve any letter from Penndot till 1 month after the stop by police ( durning that stop I recieved no ticket) I was informed of the suspention ( I was waiting for mail from Penndot at that time) I want to know if there is some kind of restricted or temporary DL I can achieve to be able to get medical attention if and as needed, I'm a disabled veteran and require medication and check ups. Thank you

There is a liumited license for needed medical attention,,,,,,,Go to an official PennDOT Center (Look on the PennDOT site to find one near you) and ask for the license form--they will probably offer you some guidance...you may be able to do it yourself....if not, a lawyer would probably not charge much to help you.
The issuance is not guaranteed, but you could very well end up with the limited license.

You have 30 days to appeal the suspension--have you gone past that? Also, if the charges were reduced by the judge, you may be eligible to have your driving record amended
