Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania

suspended licence

Over 3 years ago I was pulled over for having an expired sticker. I also unbenost to me was driving with a suspended licence. The police officer said that I was driving a supension for a DUI{1543B} She said she got the info from penn dot. I paid the $5.00 and got my 10 year history they said I failed to comply with a ticket 1543 I cant afford a lawer and Iam getting any answers. One laywer wanted to me to plead guilty to a DUI offence and get my license back in 18 months instead of 24 months. Am I crazy, the officer obviously made a mistake. What would it cost to straighten this out.

Re: suspended licence

A 1543 (b) carries 90 days mandatory jail time. You definitely need a lawyer to sort through the records. I am willing to offer discounted rates to people who cannot othwise afford counsel. I offer free consultations.
