Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania
I got a ticket with a charge section 3111-a. The ticket though is marked with the wrong time. It states it occurred at 1130am when it occurred at 1130 pm. Is that a technicality worth pursuing? I have receipts that show I was eating lunch in New Jersey at 1130am. Additionally, if the cop is that careless to the details, is there not enough doubt that the cop's attention to other details is lacking? Perhaps the light turned yellow once I was in the intersection...and not before as she contends.

The cop gave you a break by giving you that ticket. It is a non moving zero point violation that will not affect your insurance. I would advise you to pay it.
