Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania
Traffic citation
I was recently driving home and a car in front of me started to drive slower . The vehical in front of me got to 20 mph under the speed limit without hitting the brakes. Soon after this a Park ranger pulled out behind me leaving the park I just drove by. I go to turn on my street he puts his lights on and pulls me over. I asked him why was I being pulled over he would not anwser. He came back to my truck with a ticket for following to close to another vehical. I was not speeding or do I believe I was too close . The car kept slowing down in traffic.
