Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania
Traffic question
A resident of NY is driving south on I83 in York, PA and he is involved in an accident with another driver that is a resident of NJ. The first driver is hurt and wants to sue. In what jurisdiction can the first driver sue? ands what state law applies here?

The substantive law will be Pennsylvania no matter where the suit is filed. The suit can be filed in Pennsylvania (Location of the accident) or New Jersey (Residence of the defendant).
