Legal Question in Traffic Law in Pennsylvania
Vehicle registration suspended
My vehicle registration has been suspended for 90 days due to lapse of insurance coverage longer than 30 days. The vehicle has been insured and I need it to get back and forth from work, how can i get the registration restored so i can keep my job?

Re: Vehicle registration suspended
You asked about restoring a suspension due to lapse of insurance.
You will need to demonstrate to the MVA that your vehicle was insured fro the respective period. This can often be done by producing the insurance binder showing the effective dates.
One quick note. Do not use the vehicle until the suspension has been lifted (should be immediate). Especially do not use that vehicle to go to the MVA to produce your paperwork. Before you leave the MVA make certain you get a receipt showing that the suspension has been lifted.
