Legal Question in Veterans Law in Pennsylvania
VA Benefits Denial
I was diagnosed with situational anxiety disorder in 1971 by Navy Doctor. I applied for VA benefits in 2006 after being diagnosed with PTSD by VA Doctor. I was denied after waiting two years. They said I was not diagnosed with PTSD in 1971. They did not use the term PTSD in 1971, they used the term Situational Anxiety Disorder, which is the same thing.

My office handles VA appeals. You may have some options; however, I need to know more details to better assess the situation.
Feel free to contact me if you would like to set up an initial consultation, free of charge. If we set up an appointment, I'd be happy to initiate the call in order to save you in long distance charges.
