Legal Question in Veterans Law in Pennsylvania
Can a widow and dependent file a claim against veterans affairs for a (deased) vietnam veteran who died in 1976 of leukemia, which we now believe was cause from exposure to agent orange.The veteran did file a claim in the early 70's with the VA and was denied, As not service connected.

An eligible spouse can file, but the effective date will be the date the VA receives the claim.
