Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania
In 2006 my father decided to turn his house and land over to his children thru a life estate. The property was deeded to all five children. He now wants to sell off a piece of land. Can he still sell this land even though the land was deeded to us, or does he need our signatures to sell the land off for him?

He can sell the land subject to the life estate. To sell it in fee simple he would need you to deed the life estate to the purchaser.
