Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania
4 names listed on deed
My Grandmother passed away and her will stated that I was to get 1/2 of her personal property and possessions and my Mother was to get the other half. My Mother passed away 14 months after my Grandmother and nothing had been completed as of that time. The house that my Mother lived in with my Stepfather had 4 names on the deed, both of my Grandparents and my Mother and Stepfather. My Grandfather had passed away before my Grandmother or Mother but the deed was never changed. Am I entitled to any of this property beings it is stated in her will that I am to receive 1/2 of her property and possessions? Also, I believe that I would be entitled to 1/2 of my Mother's part of home also since I am the issue of the deceased and not the daughter of the living spouse.. I would apperciate any help you can give me.

Re: 4 names listed on deed
You require an indepth consultation with an Attorney on this matter, due to the complex nature of your claims. The longer you wait the more difficult it will be to collect on any possible inheritance that may be due to you.
