Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

My 23 year old son passed away with no will. He has one child but is no longer with the mother. She has since remarried and her husband adopted my sons daughter. Is the daughter entitled to my sons estate?

No. Actually since he didn't have a will. You inherit his estate,That said beware of people claiming that you are on the hook for money he owed. His estate is liable you are not. If the estate doesn't have enough money to settle his debts that is too bad. for them.
