Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania
i have a 20 year old son who got into some trouble for being at the wrong place at the wrong time.he had to take an ard programe.he got probation for two years.last week a girl accused my son for running her off the road and calling her a fat hog and saying he was going to kill her.the cop called my son and asked him if he done this and my son said no he swears he did not do this .the cop never even came here to talk to my son just called him on the phone and asked him if he done it.he told my son he would be getting papers in the mail from the magistate.and for him to plead guilty or not guilty and send them back in.then the cop told my son that she wanted to have him arrested.so far its been 4days and he hasnt gotten anything in the mail. can he go to jail over this?is this considered violating his probation?the cop told him it was a traffic citation.can you please help mecan he go to jail can they come and get him?i am so worried about this.
