Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

Administration of the will?

As a benificiery in my Fathers will

that left his second wife of three

years as the exectutris, I am in

doubt of her exercising her duties

faithfully. If I claim an administrative

role, what information can be

revealed by court order. Pervious

checking account, outstanding debts,

medication records, etc. Thank

you....

You may force the executrix to file the will. Go to the Office of the Register of Wills in the county where your father resided at the time of his death and speak to staff there. They are usually helpful with people who need to do this on their own.

If you feel that it's more than you can do on your own, you should consult with an estates lawyer in that county.
