Applicability of MD Living Trust in PA

We are moving to PA from MD. Created a Living Trust some years ago in Maryland and understand that it should be legal in PA. Wills and Powers of Attorney will need to be updated. Is this correct?

The living trust should be legal in PA, however, I still believe that it would benefit you to speak with an estate planning attorney in Pennsylvania because living trusts do not avoid Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax. Additionally, Pennsylvania just passed the Uniformed Trust Act which becomes effective next month, which may or may not effect your trust if its situs is Maryland.
