Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

I'm on the ARD program in Pennsylvania which includes 6 months probation. This weekend I was arrested in NJ for 2 disorderly offenses. This violates my probation (for getting arrested and being out of state). I was wondering if my probation officer in PA will find out about these offenses even though there in seperate states. If they do, I think I should be honest with them, but I also don't want to tell them something they won't end up finding out about. Also, I'm 19 if that matters. Thanks

How is this a probate question? You need to speak to your criminal law attorney about this. You just admitted that you violated your probation. Even if you do not tell them, I can bet that they will find out simply by New Jersey officials checking on your criminal record (they will before sentencingt if you are convicted of something) and will see that you are on ARD. Really, I urge you to speak with your criminal law attorney and decide between the two of you the best way to handle this.

At age 19, you are a legal adult. Unless this was a drug or alcohol offense and there is a program to expunge your criminal record because of your age, I am not sure that it would otherwise matter. Again, speak to yuor criminal law attorney about this.
