Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania
The attorney members of my church say they will write a free will for anyone who will leave some money to the church. Is this ethical?

No. Not to me. I would start to question exactly what kind of church you are in.
Wills are not all that expensive. Do yourself a BIG favor. Pay to see a real estate planning attorney and pay for a properly drafted estate plan - either a will or revocable living trust, financial and health care power of attorney and a living will.
And get out of this church.
