Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania
we bought a car to our father for christmas now he has passed and this article was not in the will however two of the family members state that he verbally stated he wanted one of his grand children to have it what happens now

If he had a valid Will, his verbal wishes will be very hard to enforce. Unless there is a legal reason not to enforce the will, it will control the distribution of assets.
