Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania
We bought a morotcycle, and took it home. After saying he would take care of the title, the seller is now ignoring our calls. What are my options ? The bike belonged to his father, but his father's girlfriend had some type of power on the estate. she was supposed to get a copy of a death certificate.

If he hasn't been responding to you, you may want to retain a lawyer. A lawyer could send a demand letter to him, which may grab his attention. If that doesn't work, there may be other options for the lawyer to utilize.
