Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania
my brother and sister are the executors of my mothers will. but the will states that my mothers home be sold and the money be divided equally with the siblings. Can my brother or sister, the executors ignore this and divide the money up the way they want to?

The executors cannot do as they please. If there is a will, then they are obligated to follow the will and the applicable probate law. In some cases where a will challenge is bourght by someone, the executor does have authority to settle the matter and come up with an agreement. But this only applies where there is threatened litigation by an heir or potential heir.
