Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

Can my brother, who will be the beneficiary after my Mom dies, inherit money along side my brothers and sister. My mom pays rent to him and pays his bills. Can we change a clause in her will so he can't get both. I am Power of Attorney with my other brother right now . My mom only has a $15, 000 dollar insurance policy.

Well it's your mom's decision. If you and your brother try to change mom's will, with or without her cooperation, your other brother may have a claim of undue influence against you.
