Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania
burial plots
My grandparents estate transferred the remaining three burial plots left to my father and uncle. My father died first and is buried in one of the three remaining plots and there are two left. My uncle died next and was cremated and interned out of the state. My mother and my uncle's wife both died within a year of each other and were both cremated. I have the original ''deed'' paperwork to the remaining two plots. Who do they belong to? I am the lone survivor of my father and mother. Nothing was mentioned in the will.

Re: burial plots
Because they were not mentioned directly doesn't mean that the will does not cover them.
There maybe a residual clause that deals with all the property not directly mentioned. If there is then however ever was to take based on that clause gets them.
If there is no residual clause then for purposes of the burial plots she died intestate. If that is the case then as her sole heir at law you would get them.
