Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

Change in will

We made a couple changes in our wills but cannot reach our attorney to have him put into effect. If we both sign & date what we wrote & have it witnessed, will it legally become part of our will and be undisputable?

Re: Change in will

Hopefully you did not write on your original will. You may have voided the original if you did.

If you can't reach your attorney, find a new one. I have no idea if the modification that you have created will work.

Services at a reasonable fee.

Good luck to you.
