Changing a deed

Hello. I need to have a deed changed with myself and 3 siblings on it. I am purchasing the property from them. We are in agreement on the terms so that will not be an issue. The state is involved (one brother is in a county home)I have been working with the caseworker so I know the procedure for his share.

Can I do the new deed myself? What is the exact procedure?

(Is it hecessary to get an agreement of sale from the siblings if we have verbally agreed on a settle amount? If so, I also need access to the proper verbiage)

If you draft a deed by yourself, you most likely will never be able to sell or transfer your property to someone else....in other words let a professional do it. This simple is do to the complex nature of deeds and the current requirements that are necessary, also by redrafting the deed you are voiding any title insurance that may be available to you.
