can the children (3) of deceased veteran inherit VA disability benefits?

This is not a probate question. This is a question about VA benefits. VA benefits are not an inheritable probate asset. You would need to talk to the VA about whether there exist survivor's benefits or benefits for any minor child if a covered veteran dies.
