childs rights to fathers will against stepmotherrights
does a sibling have any rights to her deceased fathers estate along with the stepmothers rights , her birth mother is no longer living and she is the only child.The daughter has never seen a will,the estate was her birth parents , does the step mother have all rights to the sale of her deceased parents estate or would she have some rights to anything?

If your father had a will, that would control who inherits his estate. Without a will, the "intestate" estate would first go to pay all debts and obligations, including taxes of whatever kind, owed by your father and by the estate; then it would go to family members in the order prescribed by the intestate succession law of PA.
To protect your rights in either case, you should consult with an estates/probate attorney in the county where your father resided at the time of his death.
