Claims on estate by ex-husband

In the State of PA. My wife and I have been married a little over one year. She has recently inherited a her fathers' estate. Her will currently leaves her estate to her ex-husband and children. If she were to die, would her ex-husband have:

a: claim to all of her fathers estate

b: claim to 1/2 of her father estate

c: claim to 1/2 her father estate and half of our estate

d: no claim at all

She needs a new Will now. He could have claim to the entire estate. Generally property inherited by one person is theirs. And if her Will gives it away to someone else then they get it. Of course this doesn't take into account a lot of variables, but I don't have enough information to discuss them with you.

Having an attorney create a Simple Will for you really doesn't cost that much and besides everyone should have an up to date Will.
