Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania
condo sale
My mother is in a care facility now. Insurance is going to stop coverage soon. We need to find a NH for her. Her condo is up for sale. Is there any way to avoid giving the state the money made on the condo and just divide it between me and my sisters.
