contents of will kit
It is not clear to me exactly what your kit contains. How can I find out exactly which forms are included, such as Living Will, Living Trust, etc?

A simple estate plan will have a Last Will & Testament , General Durable Power of Attorney, Living Will, Limited Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care abd a HIPAA Release. These are the basic documents everyone should have. The contents of the documents are decided on an individual basis. Everyone's estate plan is a little different from someone else's.
