contesting a will
my father passed, he has 10 children, 9 of us get along, the 1 who doesnt took total control of everything, she will not share any paperwork with us, we have asked several times, she states they had a verbal agreement that she gets everything, my dad and her did not really get along well, no believes this, she had all of his belongings removed from his home while he was in the hosp, and it has come to my knowledge that she is using my deceased mothers idenity as well she died 4 years ago, and nothing has been filed in regards to my father i believe she is commiting fraud how can i stop her?

Identity theft is a criminal matter to be handled by the police.
Verbal wills are not valid in Pennsylvania.
If she is the executor than a will has to be filed with the court. The court will also be the place you will go to demand an accounting.
