Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

Died intestate during divorce

My husband died intstate before our divorce was finalized. He had life insurance policies which he had named his girlfriend as beneficiary. Do our children, or myself, have any legal basis to dispute this action he took during our separation?

Re: Died intestate during divorce

You can not take any action against the life insurance policies. But you may be entitled to part of the estate if there is one.
