Disbusement from estate
Everything is paid and probate was finished in January 2008. What legal recourse do I have to get my share disbursed to me????

Was the Personal Representative discharged? If probate is "over" and the PR discharged, what were you entitled to get? Did you get an accounting indicating what you were to recieve? You should seek local counsel as this may require the filing of an action against the PR if some fraud has ocurred.
