Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania
Estate Inheritance
Three sisters lived in a sizable mansion including acerage. One died intestate, one died leving a will, the third is 93 years old and has no intention of making will.
The deed is in the name of the intestate sister who has two adult children.
Will the Will stand up, or will the woman in whose name the hame is deeded to superscede the Will?

Re: Estate Inheritance
I need to know the order in which the sisters passed...this could be simple.
On the other hand, it could be a situation that is handled by way of family agreements (regardless of the will or intestacy laws, people have a right to contact away potential disputes) or could wind up in a legal battle.
I'd be happy to analyze the situation, but I'll need more detail. Feel free to write back direct at [email protected]
