Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania
how to exclude someone from my will
I am currently preparing my will and wish to leave everything to my current wife and our children. Having been married before, a child was born during my first marriage but I do not believe him to be mine. He still has my name and is now grown. If I express in my will to exclude this person, must I claim him as my child or can I name him as one that may claim entitlement, than exclude him from my will? We have no contact and I want to ensure my entire estate goes to my wife and our children.

Re: how to exclude someone from my will
I know you didn't ask but don't both of you want to know for a biological certainty if he is biologically related to you.
If there is a significant estate I would suggest that you take the papers you have prepared to an attorney to see if they will accomplish your objective.
Good luck to you.
