Re: Executor not doing job

First, before anything else have you asked your brother why he hasn't done moved to have the will entered and probated. He might be willing to turn the position over to you.

Second, yes there are things you can do but its going to require you retain counsel and involve the orphans court in getting your brother removed and naming someone else as an executor. Just remember its a big step to take and may destroy any relationship you have with your brother.
