Re: Executor responsibilities

The responsibility of the executor is to carry out the terms of a will. A key part of the will is naming you as the executor. Without a will and the person who drafting the will dying you have no responsibilities.

Re: Executor responsibilities

I am unclear of what you ask. Is there awill with you named as executor. Is the paperwork you do not have the will or the mortgage loan. If there is a will and your father leaves it to your brother then it is his. If he merely told you what he what like to happen then he does not have a will. You should further clairfy your request. If you would like to contact me further about this then please do so.
