executor and sale of house

I am the executor of my aunt's estate. She indicated that myself and 3 siblings share her estate evenly. We are selling her house. Is my signature sufficient on all required documents for the sale of the house, or do all 4 of us have to sign?

your signature is sufficient, but you have to set up the estate so the estate gets the proceeds and then distribute the funds according to the will.
