Is it legal in PA to be both the executor

and the beneficiary for my Father's

will?

You will want to consult with a PA attorney to be sure, but that is normally legal in most states.

If you have concerns, you should hire counsel in PA to assist you.

A beneficiary is permitted to serve as the executor in Pennsylvania.
