Executor's responsibilities

My sister and I are the only persons mentioned in my father's will. Everything

is to be divided in half (a house, its contents and bank account). She is the

executor. Does she decide who sells the house and under what terms ( price

and realtor's commision) by her self or do we both have to aggree the terms?

The power to employ professionals including real estate agents does reside with the executor. She must act in a fiduciary capacity and as such cannot make sweethart deals or other improper business arrangments.
