Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania
My father is deceased. I am the executor and only heir of my mother's estate. She has property deeded only to herself that I do not wish to inherit after her death. In Pennsylvania, am I required to assume possession of the property?

No. You can refuse any part or all of an inheritance. That said then you as executor will have to deal with the results of the refusal.
