Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania
My father died & left a will with me & my sister listed in it.
Now my stepmother refuses to give me a copy of my father;s will.
By law does she have to give me a copy & if the answer is yes how can i get if she refuses.

The Will is public record. If the attorney for the estate refuses to provide it, you can get a copy from the Register of Wills.
