Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

my father passed away many years ago leaving everything to his wife (my stepmother) she is the executor of the will. my question is when she dies can she do whatever she wants with the money and property remaining even if it's written in my fathers will, 'upon the death of my wife the remaining property goes to ' and my name is mentioned.

is all the money hers?

You only quote an excerpt. I need to see your father's entire will. If it left all to your step-mother outright, she can do whatever she wants with it and you have nothing to say about it. If he left the money to a trust for her ro only gave her a life estate, then she might only be able to use the funds or property during her life and at her death, the property or remaining funds will pass to your father's heirs.
