Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Pennsylvania

My Father pasted away last month, no life insurance policy. He had some health insurance, 2 hospital bills came in and I paid them, but now one came in for $700.00. I need what money is left to pay Pa death taxes. Am I (step daughter and executrix to small estate) liabable for remaining hospital bills? His name is on the deed to the house but so are 4 childrens names on it so he only owns 1/5th of the house.

The short answer is that you don't inherit debt. If the estate can't pay the bills then the creditor is out of luck.
